I Built Houses Before I Sold Them
Before real estate, I spent my days framing and building homes across Saskatoon. That background changed how I look at every property I walk into.
When we’re touring homes together, I’m not just looking at finishes and square footage. I’m looking at structure, framing, moisture, the quality of the work behind the walls. I’ll tell you when something’s a quick fix and when it’s a reason to keep looking.
For sellers, it works the other way. I can point out the handful of improvements that will actually move your price, and the ones that aren’t worth your money.
It’s the part of my service clients mention most, and it’s saved a few of them from some expensive surprises.

Life Outside of Real Estate
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me skateboarding, on a golf course, or wandering around the city with my wife Madi and our very adventurous dog Zuko.
We’re always poking around new neighbourhoods and finding something we hadn’t noticed before. It’s part of why I love selling here. I’m genuinely a fan of this city, and that tends to show up when I’m helping someone figure out where they want to land in it.
